Women’s Day Talk at BNI Champions Chandigarh: Entrepreneurship, Mindset & Collaboration

Some mornings are not just about meetings… they are about mindsets.

On 6th March, I had the privilege of being a guest speaker at a Women’s Day session hosted by BNI Champions Chandigarh at Hyatt. Thanks to President Mr Dipen Raj Garg and Mr Ruchir kalra for inviting me to this well organised and meaningful event .

7:29 AM.
Sharp. Structured. Disciplined.

But what truly stayed with me was not the timing…
It was the energy.

A room full of nearly 100 entrepreneurs — young, driven, and deeply committed to growth.
A world where people are not competing to pull each other down… but consciously lifting each other up.
Where business is not just transactions… but trust, contribution, and collaboration.

I felt — this is spirituality in action.

When you promote someone else’s business without insecurity…
When you help others grow without fear…
When you create value beyond yourself…
That is not just networking. That is a higher way of living.

I shared some of my real experiences —
from business struggles, credit cycles, bank pressures, legal challenges…
to the mindset shifts from my journey and my book “I Decided Not to Cry.”

And what touched me the most…
was their openness to learn, absorb, and implement.

It was not just my contribution to them…
It was equally an enriching experience for me.

Grateful to have shared space with such evolving minds.
If this is the future of entrepreneurship… we are in good hands.
