It was in the summer of 2000 that I first met Ritu. Our common ground was our journey together in the world of spirituality. Drawn to Buddhism, I loved whatever she spoke about it and how she helped me find my ‘inner way’. These past years have been truly a magnificent voyage of the unexpected discovery of my own self. As life unfolded for both of us, we got closer as friends. I have had my own ‘ups and downs’ of life and if there’s been someone who ‘guided’ me through the rough weather, it’s Ritu. The credit of unveiling my own potential goes to her, who had more trust in me than what I had in myself. And looking back on the so-called ‘successes’ that I have had is because she pushed me to break that inner limitation I had created. There are endless things that she taught me, but the most remarkable of them was-courage. Having been an epitome of courage herself, she became a role model for me when it came to facing my own challenges. Ritu has lived as what we call the essence of being a ‘Buddha’ , demonstrating it all in her life she comes across as an ordinary human being with the most extraordinary stories to share

After being diagnosed with an autoimmune condition, I landed at Ritu’s doorstep through a dear friend’s reference. Was it serendipity or destiny, either way I just don’t know, but of this I am absolutely certain; meeting Ritu was the turning point of my life. In my meeting with Ritu, I not only came alive again, I came to explore the hidden infinite powers in my mind. Suddenly the chronic health challenge facing me seemed so small. Many wonderful transformations have ensued, far too many to recount. The best part worth describing is that she has the uncanny ability in her to offer perspective on any challenge of life. She is an inspiration to many and I have benefited so much from my meetings with her. I can’t thank her enough for the kick start that she offered me in spiritual pursuit. I wish her well and hope she continues her good work of helping people in need.

There are people who touch our lives at certain points on our life’s journey and we are forever changed for the better and forever grateful for having met them. Ritu Singal is one such person in my life. Although being already a very positive person myself my first encounter with her opened so many new doors that I could not see ever existed within my life only. Where my positive thinking could not reach to help, she reached with her simple daily life stories and immense compassion to guide and nurture my life. What makes me easily connect to her is her simplicity within a truly strong woman, who never talks or acts in formalities, rather is like gold which is forged in heat of hardships. She only gives you what she knows under her bones, and believe me she has a lot in her bones to offer. That’s why I call her my wizard of life…. Sometimes she could see things from a perspective that took me years to reach. I really strove hard to understand her and it made me grow immensely. I think her gift lies in being able to sense where I may be stumbling on my path of growth or weighed down by self-imposed limitations. She will never give you any advice, she will only help you discover it yourself. She offers kind and gentle insights that are beacons of light in one’s dark thoughts so that one can help themselves to come out. I am so happy for each one who would like to take her guidance.
