Gratitude Session by Life Coach and TED Speaker Ritu Singal Inspires Healthcare Workers

On January 9, 2025, renowned life coach, entrepreneur, TED speaker, and Women Entrepreneur of the Year 2011, Ritu Singal, conducted an inspiring session on gratitude for healthcare workers at the Government Hospital, Sector 6, Panchkula, Haryana. Organized under the invitation of Dr. Reeta Kalra, PMO, the session brought together doctors, nurses, support staff, and other healthcare professionals to reflect on the essence of gratitude in daily life.

Through engaging stories and interactive activities, Singal encouraged participants to shift their mindset from complaints to appreciation. She highlighted how countless individuals and elements contribute to our lives—from family and colleagues to everyday essentials like water, electricity, and transportation. Thought-provoking anecdotes and real-life examples urged attendees to recognize often-overlooked blessings, such as the efforts of parents, the work of hospital staff, and the services of a newspaper vendor or petrol attendant.

A unique experiment with plants demonstrated the impact of positive and negative thoughts. Singal shared how identical plants, nurtured with differing intentions, showed varying growth—proving the power of gratitude and positive energy.

Participants actively shared their thoughts, with two individuals receiving Singal’s books as gifts for their insightful contributions. The session left the audience inspired to embrace gratitude in 2025, fostering a deeper appreciation for life’s countless blessings.
