Embracing Excellence: Be the Best Version of Yourself Every Day

Everybody has dreams, dreams about becoming the highest version of themselves. We don’t realise each one of us is unique in our ways. So, the best version of ourselves is unique to each of us.

The best version of me, Ritu Singal, is perhaps the best career counsellor online or elsewhere. And everybody has a different mountain to climb. Even two careers of the same person vary. For example; Both Sonya and Shyam are lawyers. Shyam is Sonya’s senior, yet Sonya manages to beat Shyam. Shyam wonders why despite so much practice he is still left behind Sonya.

Little does Shyam know that Sonya grew up in a chaotic joint family where she had to mediate between fights. She knows what makes people tick and her trauma has given her an edge in law. My point is that everything in life is practice and the best version of you will be quite different from others. Find your own inner strengths. Take a look at Shyam, for instance.

Shyam on the other hand, doesn’t know that he has the power of strategy which he has been practising all of his life: national chess games, his father’s business cases and so on.

He hasn’t used this power but focuses only on the negative. He keeps considering himself unlucky and eventually, this self-fulfilling prophecy leads him to the career counsellor. If a career counsellor does not dive deep into Shyam’s strengths and helps him blend his strategy with it, Shyam will feel stuck in his career.

That is why it is important to have a career counsellor who understands your strengths and weaknesses. It is equally important for the client to be honest and vulnerable to the counsellor so that effective results are achieved.

The career counsellor should understand your dreams, aspirations and life goals It’s about finding the balance of your inner calling, personal goals and joy because a career alone cannot satisfy you.

Being the best version of yourself is about being the highest version of yourself, the one you can be proud of physically, mentally, spiritually and more. It is about truly connecting to your core. You need career counselling counsellors to see beyond who you are and find your inner strengths. You need someone to identify your weakness and help you how to fix it.

Being a career counsellor has helped me develop my business so much. Now I understand my employees even better and I can easily find gaps to bridge the gap of where they are and where they want to be.
