Skin problems and rashes are either signs of stress, unhealthy eating, dandruff, or allergies. Even when someone is not good for you, your body feels the negative energy. It tells you to run away from that person. When you feel anxious around something or anything that triggers you, your body is revealing an unknown hurt. That’s why your body aches or you have more health problems when you are with the wrong people.
Each time you people-please or sabotage yourself, you feel a tingling sense of unworthiness in your body.
